New Issue: California Public Works sells $77.37 million University of California revenue bonds

New York, March 21 - The California Public Works Board sold $77.37 million of series 2013C lease revenue bonds for the Regents of the University of California for the Davidson Library at Santa Barbara project, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AA-/) were sold through Barclays.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2033 with a term bond due in 2038. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2038 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 110.889.
Proceeds will be used to expand the university's Davidson Library at the Santa Barbara campus.
