California Infrastructure calls portion of Gladstone Institutes bonds

Madison, Wis., Oct. 5 - California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank will redeem $5 million of its $145 million J. David Gladstone Institutes Project series 2001 5.25% revenue bonds due Oct. 1, 2034. The amount of bonds outstanding is $85.04 million, according to a revised notice.
A previous notice had said that the outstanding bonds totaled $80.04 million.
The affected bonds will be redeemed on Oct. 15 at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
California's general purpose financing authority is based in Sacramento. The Gladstone Institutes is an independent, nonprofit research and educational institution in San Francisco.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA (800 254-2826) is the trustee.
