Moody's rates Calif. housing bonds Aa3/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned ratings of Aa3/VMIG1 to $149.65 million of California Housing Finance Agency's multifamily housing revenue bonds III, 2008 series A, B and C.

Sale of the bonds is expected on April 23.

The outlook is stable.
