Fitch ups California Water Resources power supply bonds to A+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A+ rating to the California Department of Water Resources' up to $1.025 billion of series 2008H power supply revenue bonds.

At the same times, Fitch said it upgraded the underlying rating to A+ from A on the department's $10.05 billion of outstanding power supply revenue bonds.

The outlook is positive.
