By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., May 8 – Certa Dose, Inc.’s Chapter 7 trustee gave a final report on its bankruptcy case, according to documents filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Trustee Kenneth P. Silverman said the company has realized gross receipts of $581,490.69. Of that amount, $3,702.71 was used for bank service fees. That left a balance of $577,787.98 available for distribution.

Silverman is proposing to distribute $100,820.67 for Chapter 7 administrative expenses, and $476,967.31 for prior Chapter 11 expenses.

Nothing is expected to be distributed to general unsecured creditors. No secured claims were listed.

The New York-based company develops, licenses and sells pharmaceutical products and technology. The company filed bankruptcy on May 30, 2021 under Chapter 11 case number 21-11045.
