(Symbol: DYN): Rule 144A; $175 million of 20-year convertible notes, with $25 million greenshoe, noncallable for seven years, with puts in years 10 and 15; price talk of 3.25-3.75% yield, 30-35% initial conversion premium; via joint bookrunners Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley; slated to price after the market close Thursday.
RECENT SHELF FILINGS WITH THE SEC:
HERITAGE PROPANE PARTNERS LP (Symbol: HPG): $800 million shelf filed July 25 for common units and debt securities; debt may be issued as convertibles; includes $6.49 million previously registered but unsold; Tulsa, Okla. retail and wholesale marketer of propane will use proceeds for general partnership purposes.
