HYUNDAI MOTOR CO.: Possible bond offering (Baa2/BBB+); Citi, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs; roadshow began April 11, making stops in New York, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles; Seoul, South Korea-based commercial vehicle producer.

NIGERIA: Possible bond offering (/B+/BB-); roadshow in the United States starting during April 16 week; meetings completed in London and Zurich, which were arranged by Citigroup and Deutsche Bank.

GLOBO COMUNICACAO E PARTICIPACOES SA: $300 million 5% 10-year senior unsecured bonds; proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes; HSBC, Itau BBA; media company located in Rio de Janeiro.

TERA SOFTWARE LTD.: Possible non-convertible debentures issuance; board of directors meeting Feb. 29; information technology company based in Hyderabad, India.

UKRAINE: Up to $2.5 billion in bonds; JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, VTB.

EMPRESA DISTRIBUIDORA DE ELECTRICIDAD DE SALTA SA (EDESA): Possible notes; Itau BBA, Standard Bank; roadshow Feb. 2-8; power company based in Salta Province of Argentina.

EURASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK: Possible notes; JPMorgan, VTB Capital; roadshow Feb. 6-8; financial organization based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

EXPORT-IMPORT BANK OF KOREA: Swiss franc notes; Credit Suisse, UBS; lender based in Seoul, South Korea.

RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORP. LTD.: Rs. 15 billion tax-free secured redeemable non-convertible bonds; issue will carry over-allotment option for an additional Rs. 15 billion; financer and promoter of rural electrification projects based in New Delhi, India.

ULTRAPAR HOLDINGS INC.: R$800 million three-year debentures; non-convertible, callable at any time; subject to redemption at 0.3% of par; Banco Bradesco BBI SA, Banco Bradesco SA; proceeds will be used for partial redemption of Ultrapar's third issuance of debentures due December 2012; petrochemicals company based in Sao Paulo.

BANCO DE CREDITO DEL PERU (Baa2/BBB): Possible deal; Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Lima, Peru-based bank; roadshow begins April 16 week with stops in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Geneva, Zurich.

CHINA TIANRUI GROUP CEMENT CO. LTD.: Senior notes; Deutsche Bank; Ruzhou City, China-based clinker and cement producer; roadshow began April 19 with stops in Asia, Europe and United States.

PT PERTAMINA (Baa3/BB+/BBB-): Possible deal; global roadshow began April 23; Citigroup, Barclays, HSBC; State-owned oil and gas company.

JAMAICA (B3/B-/B-) Possible deal; meetings with fixed-income investors begin April 25; Citigroup, BNP.

GLOBAL BANK (Baa3/BBB-): $175 million to $200 million five-year covered bond; roadshow ends April 30; Panama City-base bank.

CHINA ZHENGTONG AUTO SERVICES HOLDINGS LTD.: Possible notes offering (Ba3/BB-); JPMorgan, CCB international; proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes; Beijing-based automotive sales and services company.

REPUBLIC OF LEBANON: $2 billion bonds in 2012; Deutsche Bank, Fransa Bank, Standard Chartered.

BANK OF CEYLON: $500 million notes; Sri Lanka-based lender.

ENERGA: €1 billion bonds; energy company based in Gdansk, Poland.

SINGER THAILAND PCL: Up to 750 million baht senior debentures (BBB); tenor of five years or less; Bangkok-based distributor of sewing machines and electrical household appliances.

PROPERTY PERFECT PCL: Up to 4 billion baht debentures; maturities of five years or less; subject to shareholders' approval at general meeting on April 27; proceeds to be used for working capital, acquisitions, debt repayment; Bangkok-based property developer.
