DESARROLLADORA HOMEX, SAB: $250 million 10-year senior unsecured notes (Ba3/BB-); Credit Suisse, HSBC; Rule 144A/Regulation S for life; non-callable for five years; to refinance debt; Mexican homebuilder; to price Dec. 7 week.

INVITEL (MAGYAR TELECOM BV): €340 million seven-year senior secured notes (mid-to-low single B ratings expected); Credit Suisse (books), Calyon Securities, BNP Paribas (joint leads); Rule 144A/Regulation S; callable in three years at par plus the full coupon; to repay bank debt and 10¾% senior notes; Budapest, Hungary-based telecommunications company; price talk 9¾% to 10% with 1-2 points OID; pricing Tuesday.

SIGMA ALIMENTOS SA DE CV: $250 million 10-year senior notes (expected /BBB-/BBB-); Deutsche Bank, Santander; Rule 144A/Regulation S; proceeds to refinance existing indebtedness; roadshow Dec. 3-7; producer and distributor of refrigerated and frozen food products based in Nuevo Leon, Mexico; talked at Treasuries plus 350 bps.

ON THE HORIZON

GULF INVESTMENT BANK: Expected dollar-denominated bonds or sukuk offering; Barclays Capital, GIB Financial, HSBC, UBS; timing and structure to be determined.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: Expected benchmark dollar-denominated sovereign global bonds; Barclays Capital, Citigroup; timing and structure to be determined.

IRAN: €1 billion of global bonds; to help finance development of the South Pars field, its largest natural gas field; expected by December.

ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK: Bond deal; BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, HSBC; Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, financial institution.

ROMANIA: Benchmark-sized euro-denominated bonds; Deutsche Bank, EFG Eurobank, HSBC; expected 2009 business.

SLOVENIA: Euro-denominated benchmark-sized bond (Aa2/AA/AA); HSBC, RBS, Societe Generale, UniCredit Banka Slovenija (joint books).

LOCAL CURRENCY

JSC POLYMETAL: RUB 5 billion of three-year bonds; Saint Petersburg, Russia-based mining company.
