Collected Group official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., April 16 – Collected Group, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The five members are Julie Minnick Bowden of Brookfield Properties Retail, Inc., based in Chicago, Ronald Tucker of Simon Property Group, based in Indianapolis, David Karlin of 108-114 Wooster Street Corp., based in New York, Peter Cheung of Concept Creator Fashion Ltd., based in Hong Kong, and Sean Gu of Lloyd Industries Inc., based in City of Industry, Calif.

Collected Group is a Chino, Calif.-based clothing retailer owned by KKR. The company filed bankruptcy on April 5 under Chapter 11 case number 21-10663.
