Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Ltd., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Singapore Branch and UBS AG Singapore Branch are the bookrunners.
