Cades talks five-year social notes at mid-swaps plus 6 bps area

Los Angeles, Oct. 21 – Caisse d’Amortissement de la Dette Sociale (Cades) plans to price dollar-denominated social notes due Oct. 28, 2026, according to a market source.

Price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 6 basis points area.

BNP Paribas, Citi, HSBC and Societe Generale are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The French debt agency is based in Paris.
