Lexington, Ky., March 6 – China Everbright Environment Group Ltd. sold RMB 2 billion 3.1% medium-term notes with a three-year tenor, according to a notice.
Everbright Securities acted as lead underwriter and Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. acted as a joint lead underwriter for the notes.
The notes were publicly offered in the national interbank bond market by way of a centralized bookbuilding and placing exercise.
The proceeds will be used for repayments of the company’s bank borrowings.
Hong Kong-based China Everbright Environment Group is an integrated environmental solution provider in China.
