China Everbright Environment plans up to RMB 6 billion perpetual MTNs

Los Angeles, Feb. 18 – China Everbright Environment Group Ltd. plans to sell up to RMB 6 billion of perpetual medium-term notes, according to a company notice.

The notes will be offered to institutional investors in China’s interbank bond market in one or multiple tranches. The base term of the notes will not exceed five years.

Proceeds will be used to repay interest-bearing debt, to replenish working capital or for investment and construction of the group’s environmental protection projects and for any other business development purposes.

Hong Kong-based China Everbright Environment provides environmental protection project management and consultancy services.
