CarbonLite official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., March 23 – CarbonLite Holdings LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The seven members are John Breedlove of Niagara Bottling, LLC, based in Diamond Bar, Calif., David Ha of Everrank Investment Group, Inc., based in Victorville, Calif., Vytas Gruodis of Bantam Materials International, based in Westmount, Quebec, Mark Armen of Replenysh, Inc., based in Los Angeles, Robert Daviduk of rPlanet Earth Los Angeles LLC, based in Vernon, Calif., Sloan Sherman of Banyan Plastics LLC, based in West Palm Beach, Fla. and Gordon Smith of Exact Staff, Inc., based in Calabasas, Calif.

CarbonLite is a Riverside, Calif.-based producer of food-grade post-consumer recycled polyethylene terephthalate. The company filed bankruptcy on March 8 under Chapter 11 case number 21-10528.
