Charlotte, N.C., March 7 - Cenveo, Inc. completed its purchase of Cadmus Communications Corp. for $24.75 per share in cash, according to a news release.
The deal, worth an estimated $430 million, was originally announced on Dec. 27.
Located in Richmond, Va., Cadmus provides content management and production services to scientific, technical and medical journal publishers.
Cenveo, based in Stamford, Conn., provides print and visual communications services.
