St. Louis, Nov. 13 - Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. priced a $67 million issue of 9.78% 10-year senior unsecured bullet notes (NAIC 2) at a 600 basis points spread to Treasuries, according to a market source.
The private placement was led by J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.
The energy exploration and production company is based in Houston.
