Cable Satisfaction say extended to June 20

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Dec. 14 - Cable Satisfaction International Inc. obtained an extension to its stay under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act in Quebec Superior Court, according to a news release.

The stay now ends on June 20, 2006 pushed back from Dec. 20.

The Montreal-based provider of broadband services in Portugal said the extension was caused by yet further delays in the implementation of its reorganization plan, principally caused by difficulties refinancing the existing credit facilities of Cable Satisfaction's Cabovisao-Televisao por Cabo SA subsidiary.
