Engineering (Centurion Bidco) withdraws €640 million notes offering

Portland, Ore., June 26 – Italian information technology services provider Engineering SpA withdrew its €640 million two-part offering of Centurion Bidco SpA six-year senior secured notes (B2/B/B+), according to a syndicate source.

The deal was marketed on a roadshow during the past week.

The designated use of proceeds was to fund the acquisition of Engineering by Neuberger Berman and to refinance debt.
