Country Garden Services plans convertible bond offering

Portland, Me., April 27 – Country Garden Services Holdings Co. Ltd. plans to sell convertible bonds, depending on market conditions and investor interest, according to a company announcement.

UBS AG Hong Kong Branch is the global coordinator, bookrunner and lead manager for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used for future mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Country Garden Services is a Foshan, China-based residential property management services provider.
