China Everbright Greentech eyes RMB 4 billion perpetuals

Buffalo, N.Y., March 11 – China Everbright Greentech Ltd. is proposing to issue up to RMB 4 billion of perpetual medium-term notes in China’s interbank bond market, according to an announcement on Friday.

The notes will be issued in one or more tranches with base terms not to exceed three years.

Proceeds will be used to repay interest-bearing debt, replenish working capital and/or investment and construction of environmental projects.

China Everbright Greentech is a Hong Kong-based environmental protection services investment holding company.
