Portland, Ore., Jan. 24 – Cision plans to hold an investor roadshow during the Jan. 27 week for a $300 million offering of eight-year senior notes, according to an informed source.

An investor conference call is scheduled to get underway at 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday.

BofA Securities Inc. is a joint bookrunner, with other bookrunners to be announced.

The notes come with three years of call protection and feature a three-year 40% equity clawback and a 101% poison put.

The Chicago-based public relations products and services supplier plans to use the proceeds to pay a cash dividend to its stockholder.
