Ceetrus intends to sell €300 million fixed-rate seven-year green bond

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 5 – Ceetrus plans to price a €300 million Reg S fixed rate seven-year senior green bond, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas and Natixis are the global coordinators and will arrange a series of European fixed income investor meetings commencing on Nov. 12.

Credit Agricole CIB, ING and Societe Generale will be joint active bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance green assets or projects.

The real estate developer is based in Warsaw, Poland.
