CIFC Funding 2017-II seeks holder consents to replace current trustee

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 24 – CIFC Funding 2017-II, Ltd./CIFC Funding 2017-II, LLC said that U.S. Bank NA intends to resign as trustee for CIFC’s class X, A, B, C, D, E and subordinated notes.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. will replace U.S. Bank as trustee for the notes.

The issuer plans to enter into a supplemental indenture in connection with the change of trustee.

Holders of the class A notes and subordinated notes have been requested to provide consent to the proposed change and supplemental indenture on or before 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 22.
