New Issue: China SCE prices $350 million 7 3/8% notes due 2024

New York, April 9 – China SCE Group Holdings Ltd. priced $350 million of 7 3/8% notes due 2024 (B), according to a company announcement.
HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, UBS and BOSC International were joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S offering.
Proceeds are earmarked to refinance existing offshore debt.
China SCE is a Xiamen, China-based property developer.
