Fitch rates China SCE notes BB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned China SCE Group Holdings Ltd.'s proposed dollar-denominated senior notes a BB- rating.

The notes are rated at the same level as China SCE's senior unsecured rating because they will constitute its direct and senior unsecured obligations, Fitch said.

China SCE intends to use the proceeds notes to refinance debt.
