Credico Finance 8 to redeem 15 series of notes

Chicago, Dec. 20 – Credico Finance 8 SRL announced redemption for 15 series of class A and class B notes on Jan. 7, according to a company news release.

The class A notes will be redeemed in full. The class B notes will be redeemed in full or in part, depending on the funds available, in accordance with a written resolution dated Dec. 18 by the noteholders.

Notice of redemption is being given to noteholders of the following:

• €369.25 million class A asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467277;

• €9,799382 class Bl asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467285;

• €634,712 class B2 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467301;

• €3,977,386 class B3 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467327;

• €1,689,102 class B4 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. 1T0004467392;

• €1,818,813 class B5 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467418;

• €1,535,813 class B6 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467426;

• €937,668 class B7 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467400;

• €2,479,275 class B8 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467350;

• €3,785,432 class B9 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467343;

• €1,836,984 class B10 asset backed floating-rate notes due July 2046, ISIN No. IT0004467384;

Credico Finance 8 is a securitization of Italian residential mortgage loans originated and serviced by 14 Italian co-operative banks.
