Capital Environment plans up to RMB 2 billion of corporate bonds

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., May 26 – China’s Capital Environment Holdings Ltd. plans to sell up to RMB 2 billion of corporate bonds at par in one or more tranches with a term of up to five years, according to a notice.

Capital Securities is the main lead underwriter. First Capital Investment Banking Co., Ltd. is a joint lead underwriter.

The bonds will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The issuance would alleviate the group’s project financing demand, the company said.

Capital Environment is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company focused on waste treatment and waste-to-energy businesses in China and New Zealand.
