Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 19 – Coastal Emerald Ltd. priced $50 million of additional 5.95% bonds due 2020 guaranteed by China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial Group Ltd. with the benefit of a keepwell deed by Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd., according to a notice.
The bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the original $550 million of 5.95% bonds due 2020 issued at par on Jan. 15.
The add-on is priced at 99.994.
Bocom International, Orient Securities (Hong Kong) and Haitong International are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S deal. Bocom International and Orient Securities are also the joint global coordinators.
China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial is an investment holding company based in Hong Kong. Shandong Hi-Speed is a Jinan, China-based transportation infrastructure company.
