Moody’s rates Chubb INA notes A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 rating to the €1.4 billion 5-year and 10-year senior unsecured notes to be sold by Chubb INA Holdings Inc. off its shelf registration. The notes are fully guaranteed by Chubb Ltd. and the outlook is positive.

Chubb intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
