CIFC Funding 2014 to redeem seven classes of notes via refinancing

Minneapolis, Dec. 28 – CIFC Funding 2014, Ltd./CIFC Funding 2014, LLC plans to redeem seven classes of notes as part of a refinancing, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Jan. 18 at par plus accrued interest for the following total redemption prices:

• $374,536,833.91 of class A-R notes;

• $53,148,200.78 of class B-1-R notes;

• $20,150,976.60 of class B-2-R notes;

• $47,937,472.20 of class C-R notes;

• $32,123,554.52 of class D notes;

• $30,448,798.23 of class E notes; and

• $14,490,491.66 of class F notes.

As part of the refinancing, CIFC Funding 2014 intends to issue new class X, A-1-R2, A-2-R2, B-R2, C-R2, D-R2, E-R2 and F-R2 notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

New York City-based CIFC Asset Management LLC is the collateral manager.
