CIFC Funding 2013-II to refinance some classes of secured notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 4 – CIFC Funding 2013-II, Ltd. and co-issuer CIFC Funding 2013-II, LLC and income notes issuer CIFC Funding Income notes 2013-II, Ltd. notified noteholders of a potential refinancing.

The issuers said they have been directed to redeem some classes of secured notes by the collateral manager and holders of subordinated notes and income notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
