By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, June 20 – Componenta Corp. and Componenta Finland Oy’s draft restructuring programs will continue to be processed by the District Court of Helsinki at the request of the administrator for the companies’ corporate restructuring proceedings, according to a news release.

In addition, Componenta said the court has decided on the creditor categories and voting rights, as well as on starting the voting procedure for the restructuring program.

Specifically, creditors must submit their voting statements to the court by Aug. 9.

After the voting, the court will decide on whether to confirm the restructuring programs. This decision is expected to be made during the third quarter.

Componenta is a supplier of cast and machined components and is based in Helsinki, Finland.
