CST Industries seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, June 21 – CST Industries Holdings, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditor was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Barry Frazier of Center Ethanol Co., LLC of Sauget, Ill.; Mark Lupinacci of Sapa Extrusions, Inc. of Moon Township, Pa.; Berry Johnson of Cargill Inc. of The Woodlands, Texas; Jamie Reber of Gulf Coast Tank and Construction Co. of Wallis, Texas; Scott Munson of Steel & Pipe Supply of Manhattan, Kan.; Richard Weaver of Keystone Silo Systems, Inc. of Bradenton, Fla.; and Frank Cook of Phoenix Corp., based in Norcross, Ga.

CST, a Kansas City, Mo.-based industrial storage solutions company, filed bankruptcy on June 9. The Chapter 11 case number is 17-11292.
