Citizens Community calls $15 million 6.75% fixed-to-floaters due 2027

Buffalo, N.Y., June 24 – Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. issued notices of redemption for all $15 million 6.75% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2027 on June 23, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were originally placed with EJF Debt Opportunities Master Fund, LP on Aug. 10, 2017.

The notes will be redeemed in whole at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 10, the first call date.

Citizens is an Eau Claire, Wis., full-service bank.
