S&P rates Compass short-term rating of A-1
S&P said it assigned an A-1 short-term issuer credit rating to Compass Group plc's finance subsidiary, Compass Group Finance Netherlands BV, and its intermediate holding company, Compass Group International BV.
The group's A long-term issuer credit rating and stable outlook are unchanged.
The short-term rating reflects the group's A long-term issuer credit rating, which is unchanged.
The ratings also considers the group's strong liquidity, S&P said.
