New Issue: Citigroup sells $2.96 million autocallable market-linked notes on Citi Dynamic Asset

Columbus, Ohio, April 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.96 million of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due March 30, 2028 linked to the Citi Dynamic Asset Selector 5 Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 4.25% a year if the index closes above its threshold level on any annual observation date after two years. The threshold level will be 106% of the initial level on the first observation date and will step up by 3% a year.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
