Callidus Debt Partners CLO issues call for several classes of notes

Chicago, April 11 – Callidus Debt Partners CLO Fund VI, Ltd. as issuer and Callidus Debt Partners CLO Fund VI, Inc. as co-issuer have issued a notice of redemption for several classes of notes.

The holders of a majority of the income notes have called for the redemption of the notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on April 24 as follows:

• $6,912,254.11 for the class A-1D notes, or at par plus accrued interest;

• $77,140,755.92 for the class A-1T notes, or at par plus accrued interest;

• $23,095,418.71 for the class A-2 notes, or at par plus accrued interest;

• $17,601,354.66 for the class B notes, or at par plus accrued interest;

• $20,709,413.78 for the class C notes, or at par plus accrued interest;

• $13,231,382.31 for the class D notes, or at par plus accrued interest; and

• For the income notes, an amount equal to its proportional share of any proceeds of the collateral remaining after payment in full of all amounts senior in priority to the income notes and the payment of any incentive management fee.

Holders are instructed to deliver their notes to U.S. Bank NA, the trustee.
