China Evergrande petition hearing adjourned to March 2023

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 28 – China Evergrande Group announced that the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has adjourned the company’s hearing for its winding-up petition to March 20, 2023.

The hearing was previously scheduled for Nov. 28, shifted from Nov. 7.

The real estate development company is based in Shenzhen, China.
