S&P lifts Cable & Wireless view to stable
S&P said it revised the outlook on Cable & Wireless Communications Ltd. to stable from negative.
The agency also said it affirmed the BB- and B issuer credit ratings on the company.

The outlook revision reflects the company's successful recovery following the impact of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017, S&P said.
The company already restored all of its mobile services in the affected markets and almost all of its fixed services on those jurisdictions, the agency said.
