China Everbright Bank sets up $2 billion medium-term note program

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 7 – China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. launched a $2 billion medium-term note program on Wednesday, according to a notice.

Notes under the Regulation S program will be issued through the bank’s Hong Kong branch.

China Everbright Bank, Hong Kong Branch, CEB International and Citigroup are the arrangers and dealers.

Listing of the program on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to take effect Thursday.

China Everbright is a Hong Kong-based financial conglomerate in China.
