New Issue: China Everbright Bank sells $500 million 0.826% notes due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 14 – China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. sold $500 million 0.826% notes due 2024 (BBB+), according to a listing notice Tuesday.
The notes are being issued under the company’s $5 billion medium-term note program.
Citigroup, CLSA, China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, CEB International, Bank of Communications and DBS Bank Ltd. are the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering.
Also serving as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners are Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, CCB International, China International Capital Corp., Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, ICBC (Asia), Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, BNP Paribas, HSBC and Mizuho Securities.
According to S&P Global Ratings, proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The listing for the Regulation S notes is expected on the Hong Kong Exchange effective Sept. 15.
China Everbright Bank is a commercial bank based in Beijing.
