CurAegis settles $216,000 private placement of convertible preferreds

Deal sells 864,000 series C-3 voting convertible preferreds at $0.25

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 7 – CurAegis Technologies, Inc. completed a $216,000 private placement of series C-3 voting convertible preferred stock with 13 investors between Aug. 5 and Sept. 1, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 864,000 preferreds at $0.25 per preferred. The preferreds convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

The Rochester, N.Y., company develops and markets technologies in the areas of power, safety and wellness.
