Olympia, Wash., April 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.35 million of autocallable equity-linked securities due Oct. 2, 2019 tied to the common stock of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and the common stock of Electronic Arts Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes carry a coupon of 23.85% per year, payable monthly.
The notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus interest if each stock closes at or above its initial price on any monthly observation date beginning in June.
If the notes are not called and the final price of each stock is at least 75% of its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, the payout will be the final share price of the lesser-performing stock multiplied by its equity ratio or, at the issuers option, the cash value.
