New Issue: Citi prices $2.07 million buffer notes due 2022 with no cap tied to S&P

Chicago, Feb. 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.07 million of 0% buffer securities due Jan. 22, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% drop beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
