New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.16 million buffered autocalls linked to Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.16 million of 0% buffered autocallable notes due Nov. 26, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized premium of 12% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call valuation date after one year.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 60%. If the index falls by up to 25%. Investors will be exposed to losses beyond 25%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
