Citigroup plans to price floating-rate notes due 2028 linked to CPI

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price floating-rate notes due March 6, 2028 linked to the Consumer Price Index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be equal to the year-over-year change in the CPI plus 100 basis points. Interest is payable monthly and cannot be less than zero.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price March 2.

The Cusip number is 17324CS56.
