Citigroup to price five-year market-linked notes tied to MSCI Europe

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Sept. 15, 2022 linked to the MSCI Europe index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.15 times the index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.

The notes will price on Sept. 11.

The Cusip number is 17325K511.
