New Issue: Citigroup prices $8.27 million index-linked notes with cap linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, March 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $8.27 million of 0% notes due March 18, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,366 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.
