Chicago, Feb. 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $200,000 of floating-rate notes due May 31, 2027 linked to the Consumer Price Index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Each month, the notes will pay a coupon at an annual rate equal to the year-over-year change in the CPI, subject to a minimum of zero.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
