New Issue: Citigroup prices $500,000 enhanced barrier digital notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell, S&P
New York, July 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due July 31, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index finishes above its 50% final barrier then the payout at maturity will be par plus the 22.7% digital payment. Otherwise the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
